We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 23:00 on the same day. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping price will be determined by your location and will be processed at your check out. The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Refunds
Online purchases
We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order. If you can't send back the item(s) within 14 days, please reach out to us via e-mail before the 14 days return period is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. External costs may be made by customs. These costs may vary depending on the country of delivery. Sa'wae is not responsible for any of these extra costs. All these costs are for the purchasing party.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or creditcard company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
